How to use store credit

Check Your Balance
1. Sign into your Gay Pride Apparel account
2. Go to your Account section
3. Find the Store Credit area
4. Your balance and any expiration information will be listed

Apply Store Credit at Checkout
1. Add items to your cart
2. Begin checkout
3. Sign into your account (or use Shop Pay)
4. On the payment step, select Store Credit as your payment method
5. Your full available store credit balance will apply to the order
6. If the order total is greater than your store credit, pay the difference with a credit card or another payment method
7. Complete your purchase

Your entire available balance applies automatically. If you have multiple credits with different expiration dates, the one expiring soonest is used first.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Full Amount Required
You must apply your entire store credit balance to your order. You cannot use only part of it. The full available amount is applied at once.

Expiration Dates
Your store credit may have an expiration date. Check your account to see when your balance expires. If you have multiple store credits with different expiration dates, the oldest one is applied first.

Additional Payment
If your order costs more than your store credit, you'll pay the remainder with a credit card or another accepted payment method.

Online Only
Store credit works on gayprideapparel.com when you're logged into your account or using Shop Pay.

How do I check my store credit balance?
Log into your Gay Pride Apparel account and go to Account settings. The Store Credit section shows your total and any expiration dates.

Can I save part of my store credit for later?
No. The full balance must be applied to each order. Contact support if you need to discuss your credit.

What if I have multiple store credits?
The credit with the earliest expiration date is used first. Other credits remain on your account.

Can I use store credit on everything?
Yes, on all products except gift card products.

Store Credit isn't showing at checkout
Make sure you're logged into your account. Store credit only appears as a payment option when you're signed in. If you don't see it, you may not have a balance available.

My store credit expired
