Thank you for shopping with Gay Pride Apparel! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our Return & Refund 

Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items that do not fall under our final sale policy (see below) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange. To start the return process, please follow these steps:

• Click here. You will need to provide your order number and the reason you’re returning it.
• We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.
• We offer Checkout+ to help cover return shipping. If you used our Checkout+ option, you'll receive a prepaid label through our portal. If you opted out, we'll still provide a label but you're responsible for the cost.

Placed an order before May 15th?

If you placed an order with Checkout+ before May 15th, 2026: Click here to manage your Checkout+ return via REDO. 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or design, follow the return process above. The easiest way is to place a new order while you return your old order. Once the order is processed by us we will refund you the original order.

• Non-Gay Pride Apparel items (The GPA Market)

• Enamel Pins
• Lanyards
• Socks

Refund Timeline 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Cancellations 

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are submitted.
