Returns
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange with the exception of a few categories listed below. To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Submit a Request: Click here to start your return. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Instructions: We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option at checkout will receive a prepaid label through our portal for their return request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, and ship it back to us using your preferred shipping method.
Please note that orders over $100 that are returned will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or design, follow the return process above. We will ship out the new item once we've received and inspected your original item.

- Cross-body bags
- Holiday Designs (anything under here & queer for the holidays)
- Collaborations/Fundraisers (labeled as Collab, i.e. HBO/Wicked/Six)
- Non-Gay Pride Apparel items (The GPA Market)
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing it.
