For many in our community, Easter Weekend comes with a mixed bag of emotions.

It can be a time of celebration for some, but for others, it can bring up complicated feelings. Maybe it’s the family gathering you’re dreading. The religious trauma you’re still unpacking. The pressure to shrink yourself just to “keep the peace.”

We want you to know that you are not alone.
You are valid. You are loved. You are seen.

At GPA, we understand how hard it can be to navigate weekends like this. And we're not here to sugarcoat it. These moments can be tough, awkward, painful, or just straight-up exhausting. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you need to hide parts of yourself to get through it—breathe.
