Q: How do you measure?

A: We measure flat, seam to seam. Compare to something you already own for the best fit.

Q: Do items shrink?

A: Most are preshrunk, but slight shrinkage is possible. Cold water wash, lay flat to dry.

Q: Can I exchange sizes?

I was so happy to find this company. The shirts are great! So soft. It did take FOREVER to ship and get here. I had to email a handle full of times to get status updates. Now they were really responsive to my emails, but it felt like I was being strung along regarding where my products were in production. I actually just gave up and figured I wasn't going to get it. Nonetheless, it arrived and I love my gear! I don't know if I will buy again because of the hassle.
