When we embarked on our journey in January 2019 to open our shop, it was a time filled with hope and a simple yet profound vision. We dreamed of creating a space that would serve as a refuge for the queer community, where they could not only discover clothing but also find a deep sense of belonging, acceptance, and the freedom to be their true selves.
Our goal was clear: to establish a welcoming place that transcended geographical boundaries, so anyone, regardless of where they lived, could embrace their pride and identity. We believed in the power of inclusivity and diversity and were eager to contribute positively to our community.
With the launch of Gay Pride Apparel, we set out to make a difference. It became our way of raising funds, giving back, and supporting the remarkable work of non-profit organizations that were dedicated to making the world a better place for all.
Last night, we experienced a moment that both humbled and thrilled us. It was a milestone we couldn't have achieved without the incredible support and love from our community. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to be a sponsor for the Stonewall Community Foundation & Stonewall Quarter Share Revel event. Through this small sponsorship, as well as the collective fundraising efforts of many, they were able to grant a substantial $24,000 to the Love Wins Food Pantry. . It's a testament to the power of collaboration and the shared commitment to creating a more inclusive world. 🥳
Whether you're in the bustling heart of NYC or reside in a distant corner of the globe, we invite you to consider following and supporting @stonewallfoundation, @stonewallquartershare, and @lovewinsfoodpantry. Their work is a testament to the power of collective action and compassion.
