Returns
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange with the exception of a few categories listed below. To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@gayprideapparel.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Instructions: We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, and ship it back to us using your preferred shipping method.
Please note that orders over $100 that are returned will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or design, follow the return process above. The easiest way is to place a new order while you return your old order. Once the order is processed by us we will refund you the original order.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
